She was hired as the Assistant District Attorney (ADA) for Randall County, TX – taking several cases to trial from both misdemeanors and felonies. As an ADA, Diana Hathaway worked closely with police officers and other reputable attorneys. By learning the details of the criminal court system, as well as family and immigration courts, she has been able to gain an incredible insight and discovered the possibilities for multiple cases.
In November 2012, Diana Hathaway opened up her own law firm, specializing in criminal and immigration matters.
“I have a passion for law and for helping others. Having worked as a prosecutor, I gained valuable trial experience and learned how to view a file with a specific purpose, but working as a defense attorney has allowed me to connect with my clients and their family members in a way that I never expected. I enjoy my work and take pride in what I do.”
